For refund requests not due to product quality issues (e.g., personal dislike, ordering errors, or subjective reasons such as last-minute order cancellation),

the customer will be responsible for round-trip shipping costs and related procurement costs, which is 45% of the actual amount paid.

Specific costs will be deducted based on the actual situation before processing the refund.

For product quality issues, if it is verified that there is indeed a product quality problem (clear photos or video evidence is required), we will bear the corresponding return and exchange costs.

For purchased or customized products, due to the specialized production and inventory preparation involved, once the order is submitted, we do not accept refunds or exchanges without a reason.
